• Each deal runs automatically for a 24-hour period and expires at 11.59pm on the day.

• The deals cannot be used in conjunction with other offers we may have running at the same time. This is a system restriction unfortunately where no two codes/discounts can be used at once. This event outdoes anything I have running right now, so there's a big clue! Choose the deal that works best for you!

Q: How do I combine postage of items I purchase over multiple days (and over both sale weeks)?

A: If you know you will be ordering over multiple days, I recommend choosing untracked postage wherever you can.

For small items (excl. Milestone Boards) ---
Two untracked postage fees = Receive an upgrade to one tracked postage
Three untracked postage fees = Receive an upgrade to one express tracked postage

If you’re paying more than $12-$13 in postage fees (for small items over multiple days, excluding Milestone Boards), send me a message and I will send you a code for free shipping on your next postage.

I plan to dedicate my time to meticulously designing and making your items, and less time on administration, so I think this is the best way to get orders to you in a safe (tracked method) and cost-effective way.


Q: When do orders close for the year and what is your turnaround time?

A: I’m taking orders until Sunday 17 November 2019. It’s earlier than my original plan but I prefer to play it safe with delivery transit times at this time of year. I aim to commence batch posting orders in the week of 2 December, allowing plenty of time for orders to arrive via Australia Post.

Q: Are you still making other things that are not part of this sale?

A: Absolutely, everything that's listed on the website can be personalised and ordered. If you have questions, I'm still on hand via messages to assist you. 🙂


Q: Can you help with a rush order?

A: Unfortunately, it’s not possible to assist with a rush order at this time.

Q: Can things sell out during this sale event?

A: Yes, it can! Certain items can run sell out and will show 'Out Of Stock' due to special colours or accessories. It's first in, best dressed!
