Pick up is available from a neighbourhood post office in Rangeview VIC 3132 during business hours.
When your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with pick up details.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $99.

STANDARD POST
Standard Small Box: Our shipping fee for standard tracked delivery is $9.90. Signature on delivery is an option with an additional fee.
EXPRESS POST
Express Post shipping is $13.90. This shipping method is only to expedite the service provided by Australia Post. It is not a rush fee and does not expedite the turnaround time.
For heavier or bulkier orders to arrive via Express Post, our system will calculate the additional charges automatically.
SHIPPING DURING A SALE OR PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
During a sale or promotional campaign, we may require an extra few days on top of our usual turnaround time to get your order ready.

Orders below $216 NZD: $18 - $21 NZD

Shipping Delays
With the ever changing COVID-19 situation, your order may get delayed in transit. We recommend allowing an extra week or two for your parcel to reach you. While delays in transit are out of our control, please get in touch with us and we will be glad to assist you with the lodgement of an enquiry with the shipping carrier.
Lost or Missing Items
Please select your delivery preferences carefully. We also provide a ‘signature on delivery’ shipping option (for an additional cost) if you don’t wish to parcels to be left at your doorstep.
Wood With Words is not responsible for items that go missing after it has been delivered by the shipping carrier, however we will be happy to assist with any information you require to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post or other shipping carriers, if used.
